My journey into travel started over 30 years ago, travelling to many destinations and on a variety of family trips. During my time at university and since I have travelled extensively across: Europe, both short trips and extended interrailing; North America, spending over a month touring throughout the Northeast and trips to Florida and thanksgiving in New York; New Zealand South Island in a camper van; South America and Costa Rica immersing myself in the culture with a host family; Egypt and Morocco.
Cruising down the Nile and seeing the pyramids was a bucket list trip and my favourite city Rio de Janeiro is a must when visiting South America.
After years of leading patient and carer wellbeing services, I’ve seen firsthand how essential rest, rejuvenation, and self-care are for overall health. Now, I’m taking that passion to a new level—helping people experience wellbeing through travel.
As a travel agent specialising in wellness escapes, I’m dedicated to curating trips that offer more than just a getaway—they provide a reset for the mind, body, and soul. From tranquil retreats and spa sanctuaries to nature-infused adventures, my goal is to help others find the perfect escape to recharge and thrive.
Alex, Ezra & Emmett Eagle
As Louise’s husband, Alex, supports with administration and business development of LFE Wellness Travel. Ezra is an entrepreneurial 8-year-old who enthusiastically inputs into the marketing and social media for the family business, even designing his own posters. He is a brilliant advocate for the business and has told all his teachers and anyone else who he talks to about the business he has with mummy. As the youngest in the family Emmett is excited to be in the promotional pictures and talking about destination ideas!
